I think this is appart of the abandoned opening system ..... if i am wrong someoen can correct me but it dose have opening types listed under it
the thing is: When is it going to go on the servers?the july 14 patch had been done a couple days ago, but i havnt checked the tome guy in pok.
So when this goes into place on the servers it means that Rogues (22 and highier) will be another Snare-capable class, right? Anyone on Test know if there is a recast time limit (i.e. once every 20 minutes) or is it simply limited to your available endurance pool?
Man, this would seriously increase the value of rogues in groups. Unfortuantely it seems like it will also reduce the value of making/applying poisons even more.

I am absolutely positvely (spelled wrong) sure that this is out on the pvp servers, because I had a rogue use tendon slice on me, it was awfull. As to where you can find it, no clue. I am going to make a rogue tho, so i will investigate.
There's a dagger called tendon slicer. That is what you felt. This disc is not out on sullon zek, as of 8/24/2004.

Possibly a poison, but far more likely they were using the piercer named Tendonslicer which drops in Ssra. The proc on the weapon is fairly obvious from the name

Just because he snared you doesn't mean it was Tendon Slice.

He didn't say that he was snared he said that the effect was tendon slice. Maybe other daggers have this effect, however the poisons used are not named tendon slice.
