where would i find this spell?
It's not a spell, it's a tome you hand in to get the ability.
It can be found in PoK, and also in the Ecommons tunnel.
The same vendor has Leechcurse, Resistant, fearless, and unholy aura.

What does 4050 recast time mean? 4050 seconds or something?
Yup, that's it. Divide it by 60 and you get 67.5 minutes.

Ok I've been away from EQ for about 6 months and I'm planning to come back, I am a 65 Sk. What do these tomes change, we already have these disc's does it change the timing on them or something?
I never, ever, would choose to use this discipline until the recent melee revamp, when they gave us separate discipline timers. Playing on a PvP server, I value Unholy Aura too highly to sacrifice it for Leechcurse. Now, however, I use Leechcurse all the time... although it won't work when Unholy Aura is active (a few minutes).
I use Leechcurse in any situation when I realise that my cleric is not being fast enough with a heal. ie, casting Complete Heal when I am tanking an LDON Boss on whom slow has not yet landed. It can make the difference between living and dieing.

There is not one downside to using this discipline, at all.
1. It's recast is less then HT (with no AA)
2. You can click the discipline off by pressing ALT C and clicking the graphical icon.
3. It increases your HT, usually at least 2x

You're thinking of Unholy Aura.
Although Unholy Aura has a longer recast time than HT for some reason. I guess maybe they figure you'd use the discipline a couple of mins before your HT.

This tome makes all of the dmg you deal with your weapon increase your Hp by the amount of dmg you do... Its like a lifetap for exactly how much dmg you do.

i found all 4 on tana clawguard in pok library
go in on the left and go up one lvl she on the same lvl as magician spells.
then give to your gm, hope this helps

This is a Discipline not a spell. When your in game type /disc and it will list your discs, I think 35 is Resistant, 50 is Fearless, 55 is Unholy Aura and 60 is Leechcurse. I could be off a bit but that's the idea.
When you use this ability you will see a message, such as when I use the Unholy Aura for the HT improvement it says "Feldwyr is enveloped in an Unholy Aura", it lasts for a few minutes during that time you would use your HT for a bigger HT result. This was all Pre AA which adds even more damage to the skill.
