Target:Nexus Scion in Dreadland (Light blue to 80)
Pet without any buff or items,but I have all the SoF pet DPS AA maxxed.
Each pet has a 10 minutes fight log.Here is the result:

Average hit goes from 72 to 76
Pet Accuracy goes from 54.3% to 55.2%(might be marginal error due to small sample)
Pet DPS goes from 76 to 81.(Bear in mind,this is without any buff/item.)

And now the pet-tanking part:
Mob's average hit goes down from 686 to 639,thats 47 less damage per hit.
NPC's hit% decrease too,from 43.8% to 42.3%,so pet got 1.5% avoidance it seems.

If anybody got better focus,please post the parse if you have one,thanks...

Just got the AG Range item and tested it.80 NEC,77 WAR pet,non-focused v.s RS_focused.Targe is a 76 AG Golem.Mob's max hit is the same << 1968 damage >>,but the min hit down from 513(non focus)to 474(Ritual summoning).So thats 40 damage less each hit thanks for the shielding-mod cloak item the Ritual Summoning gave.And according to DI formula(damage interval),that should be worth 2% shielding(not sure tho,plz check WAR forum for the real formula).All in all,it is a noticeable improvement even from a NEC's view.Pet is taking less damage,more HP and better avoidance.Just some infos from my observations.Please post more details if you any.

Ok,it turns out I was wrong.Ritual summoning doesnt give pet any shielding mod it seems in my lastest test.So I checked the log by M$ Note.exe.That 474 min hit is from Golem hitting me and EQCompanion count that in as its min hit.The pet did not have any shielding mod cloak with this Focus item.Wrong info,sorry...

Why dont we talk about how to get this aug? does it drop in raid, is it bought with points, or is it even in the game still?

It costs 760 adventure points, I think in North Ro; though I may be wrong about where, I am right about the cost.

You are wrong.
What you refer to is the Diamond Prism of Companionship. The tier 1 pet focus.

This one is one step above the Plane of Iime focus, therefor it is tier 4.

It is dropped by the Battlemaster, and clearly a raid event.

* Jennu's Sandals of Creation
* Kizash's Savage Heart Sandals

what does this do?

does this increase your pets stats hp/atk/ac etc. by 30%? or does it raise your pets lvl to 65. I have heard both. People saying their pets hit for more and have more HP and people saying it makes them con white to 65 ~_~ anyone know for sure?

Bl highest pet is lvl 60.
Yet the min lvl is 61?

Its referring to the lvl of the spell cast not the lvl of the pet itself.

Technically Beastlord Warders are only lvl 60 mobs but con as 62 or 64 depending the PoP sell used to summon them. I guess what this does mean is that it only works on the two highest pets which was something first brought about with the PoTime focus item and the Diamond Prism of Companionship.

If it cons white to a level 62, its level 62. If it cons white to a level 64, its level 64.

There's no "technically" involved.

Besides, these augs level limits are for the pet spell level, not the summoned pet's level.

For beastlords, the level 62 pet spell summons a level 60 warder. The level 64 pet spell summons a level 62 warder.

BST pets are 60 wihout focus, using the highest god spell to summon. With focus item on while summoning, they can be higher. With minion of eternity focus, the highest focus for pet in PoP, the pet is level 63. It has more hp, etc as well.
Haven't seen a level 64 BST pet but I would guess this focus would allow at least 64th level.
