I have seen conflicting info on this and the Ykesha procs, are they level capped as well as disease stat checks? I would imagine most high level mobs are more resistant but is their a level req before it even goes through a resist counter check?

Does anyone know how much aggro this proc generates? It would be great to increase my self-healing ability, but, as a Ranger, gaining aggro for even a moment will erase a lot of healing.

I have noticed since putting this augment (Rejuvinating Bone Fragment) on my swiftwind that it gets resisted alot. Or totally resisted in Bastion of Thunder. The only mobs it worked on were air elementals. I need to experiment with some more mobs.

The aug is disease based as you can see and has resist of 0 . Disease dots and slows get resisted alot unless the mob is debuffed. Have a shaman/magi do that and this proc will work a lot better for you.
