this stack with the high lvl chanter haste and the 63 celeirty stacks with the chanter haste i have 2 haste buffs on me plus bard song haste, when mins fade i use the right click speed till i recast mines

No, it doesn't. Enchanter multi-aspect haste spells, like the Vallon's spells, have other effects like Atk, Agi and Dex buff. Because of that, they don't overwrite other haste so you can have the stat effects of vallon's, but the extra 6% haste of Wonderous Rapidity. They both stay in your buff box but only the faster haste is counted and the buff slot is wasted.

This is, however, a nice piece for soloing if you aren't a hasting class and don't want to do Stormfeather camp.

As this seems to be a bit different than haste, does this stack with worn haste items?

might be considered a song, rather than a spell. in which case, the effect would stack with spell haste.

My assumption would be that it does stack with WORN haste, but does not stack with SPELL haste.

As far as I know, a clickable haste effect will stack with a worn haste effect.
