I have not seen this drop in 8 runs of this raid so at least we can't be calling it common. But some claim it was removed from the database entirely. Anyone know?

It seems to be listed as loot from the Ldon raid for prison break. The raid starts in the commonlands

Does anyone know where the Dusty Cap of the Will Breaker is from? I can find it on Lucy's but Alla doesn't show ANYTHING on it and Lucy's doesn't say if it's a drop or raid or what...Does anyone know where the Dusty Cap of the Will Breaker's from?? Where can one get it at? Also, I can't find the effect for the Dusty Cap of the Will Breaker on Lucy's...it shows the stats but no effect. Can anyone say where the cap's from?

Seems that the dusty cap of will breaker has slot TYPE 3, as far as i know only LDoN equipment has type 3 slots, BUT what LDoN camp
Obviously this seems to be only on the dusty cap of will breaker as an effect. That might be why it is 0 mana, because it only exist as a clickable. BUT WHERE DOES THE DUSTY CAP OF WILL BREAKER DROP? or how to get it I do not know, and from the information above obviously the cap exist.

Was wondering where this item with the spell drops at. was thinking it has to either be GoD or potime but no one knows that i have asked am wanting to get one for my 65 chanter but have no info as to where it is at. i would thank you for any and all help.

I noticed some of the posts on this spell are from back in Sept. But I wonder, is this an AA ability, and if so is it one of the many coming out with Gates of Discord, and if so, is it on test server yet? Anyone playing on test feel free to answer :)

Any one else notice that this one is filtered out if you turn on the ignore AA ablities??
that's because Alla's spell filter defines an AA ability as a mana-free ability. go look under bard songs with AA abilities disabled. there are like 4 songs.
I have not gotten this spell yet but from looking the stats are when cast from an item thus no mana. If you cast it from a spell being its single target prob will be in the mana range of 300 to 600 mana being single target as compared to group which is nice when you are tank heavy group or just one person died and needs to be rebuffed thus saving on mana to rebuff them. very nice addition to high end chanter spell book, yet i would of thought they would of made it a lower level being single target.
Ok what is "The Runes"? What zone was it in? I assume it's a dungeon. Was that a raid group or regular group?

If this spell is really out there, it's the ultimate mana spell. Instant cast, instant recast and no mana cost.
