i am reading some of the posts here and may have some other line on things. all other fire/debuff spells are of evocation type, this is a conjuration and has no debuffs. although my druid is level 51 i dont have this spell cause i havent done the ldons, i cant give a yes or no as to wether it stacks or not but i would think it stacked. when i get back to the house and can do some ldons and get this spell, i will post the results.

as far as stacking, a patch many a year ago changed the stacking of spells, now you can have multipul spells of a single spell line stack on a mob as long as its not the same spell from the same caster, ie you can have all the diffrent bug dots that a druid get's on one mob at once. so unless they nerfed druids dots (which sony has been known to do) it should stack with all other forms of druid dots. btw this spell only does a non focused max of 3.4 dammage per mana, the level 40 dot is 4.3 dammage per mana, kind of a waste of time unless you realy want to cast a spell every 30 seconds.

Stacks?
# Jul 02 2004 at 8:17 AM Rating: Decent
Does this spell get overwritten by other higher dots or does it have it's own line?

I saw it's "Curse" so I'm wondering if it could stack with the Breath of Ro and Winged death.
RE: Stacks?

Yes this Spell Stacks with Debuff spells like breath of ro and immolation. Also stacks with its brother/sister spells. It is fire based spell that puts curse counters on its Target / LDON vendor spell in EC or NRO (cant remember) / I use them all the time in groups and soloing!! :)
Yes Vengence Line Stacks
# Jul 31 2004 at 2:33 PM Rating: Decent
Any DoT (Damage over Time) that contains a Debuff (reduces a stat, or slows a mob's(monster or Beast) attack/spell haste) will not stack with any other same type of spell (E.G Immolation of Ro will not stack with Breath of Ro) however a same or higher debuff will override a same spell series or lower (E.G Immolation of Ro will override (replace) Breath of Ro).
That Said .... I currently have the Whole 'Vengence' line of spells and they do stack, the give away is that
1) They are in their on sub-section on the right click spell selectors.
2) They contain no debuff when cast.
I hope this clarifies this for everyone
(just to be clear for thoose that do not want the explination)
Vengence line will stack with themselves

Actually its all Evocation-based debuffs/DoTs don't stack.
Sony threw Druids a bone when they made some of the later debuffs Alteration.
#REDACTED, Posted: Sep 18 2003 at 3:19 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) same thing look at scoria over 600 dam thats about 250 more damage for 50 mana compared to this dot that does only 400 dam and long reload time wait for winged beats all who cares if u can stack both ldon,
DoT's Vs DD's

Okies here is the comparison raw data first
Vengance of the Wild is 2.39 Damage per Mana point
Starfire is 2.44 Damage per Mana point
ok so far Its the DD
Vengence takes 4 Seconds to cast
Starfire takes 6.1 Seconds to cast
ok so i can cast Vengance quicker
Vengance is a reuse of 24 Seconds
Starfire is a reuse of 2 Seconds
ok so i can reuse Starfire quicker, but wait it doesn't matter about Vengance reuse it lasts for 30 seconds! (pain if the spell is resisted, but oh well)
Vengance has a check of -30 fire
Starfire is a check of 0 fire
ok so less likely to get resisted, thats a good thing!

Ok now down to the info ... in all on its own yes the DD's are better, but think of this. with the shorter cast time you can be sat (or on your mount) for 2 extra seconds medding, you can get a less resist rate. also because its a dot it is less likely to directly break your root!
bassically dots are great for use in solo, you snare and root a mob up the sequencially cast through your dots, stacking damage over times on them, if you are good at timing you can bassically keep about 6 dots and a root oon the mob, with the shorter cast time on dots, you can basically deal much more damage overtime.
my personal opinion is that Damage over time spells should actually deliver a more efficent method of killing something (from a mana perspective) but that is just the way i feal

DoT's Vs DD's
# Sep 10 2008 at 11:35 AM Rating: Decent
Keep in mind that you regen every 6 seconds, so as long as you're sitting down at the right time you get the extra regen. So if the casting time is under six seconds, you can time it right to not miss any medding, but if it's over six seconds you're guaranteed to miss it. But getting two arbitrary seconds of sitting time isn't overly useful, so make sure you time your casting to get the extra regen if that's what you want

You are not able to find this spell, because you do not have enough points. The more points you have the more items become available. I have noticed after about every mission I do (that is a success), the more items show up for sell. Also it depends on where you have the most points. If you have 300 points in BB, and are able to see a slew of things. When you go to EC with no points you all see the things that cost up to 6points. Hence you seeing tailismens and charms

Anyone seen this in game.. Is it a quest.
not likely
# Aug 01 2003 at 12:55 AM Rating: Decent
This is prolly a LDoN spell..this line of curse spells will be great for raids when mobs don;t last much longer than the 24 seconds they are alive for.
I seem to think the mana cost shoudl be 400, not 40..because if it were 40, then it makes every single dot obsolete :)
