All the burning affliction bracers for lower lvl spells, can be bought in the bazaar from the gnome on the balcony, only one that is quested is the last one, Rallican's Steel Bracelet...

Ok for all who are still searching this spell it is quested in Plane of Knowledge.
There is a gnome named Nayr Cogswin in a yellow robe that wanders between the AkAnon stone and Nexus stone
When hailed he speaks of his friend Rallican and talks about a mysterious bracer he used to wear made of a metal and rare gem. After asking him "what Materials?" he responds..bring me an Oxidized Steel Plate and a Cohesion Gem and a Gallenites Sapphire Bracelet, and he will make this spellwhich will summon a replica of his friends bracer.
Now heres the prob the spell line has 4 bracers the lowest of which is level 12 and highest of 61 the Plate is dropped off a rusted model in Poinnovation and the gem i have no clue and the Sapphire bracer well thats a 61 spell i just wonder where these low level mages are going to aquire these items. Also what drops the Cohesion Gem? I will continue to search and post any findings here.

The Cohesion Gem drops off of multiple mobs in PoI. Some mobs have dropped 2 at a time. Jard trash loot.

is this spell real?
This is a new Focus Item for Mages to summon with Burning Affliction 4 it is only on the test server at the moment.
I did some searching and you are absolutely right, it is a part of the new Burning Affliction line. I hardly think this line is necessary. I would say yes, if they hadnt changed all the extended affliction items, like my precious kobold-hide boots, which really make a difference. If they made burning affliction, and you had extended affliction, think of how much powerful the 2 combined would be. it would ROXXOR. anyhow... i will send a pic and info of the bracelet shortly. til then... BWAH
Even i have not seen them, but i heard of them in-game, so yes, they DO actually exist. now, if you were to ask me since when, and where, im as lost as you, i only know they exist
