It appears that Ranger, Auspice does better than Circle of Power. Is it a waste of time nowadays to use Circle of Power during raids when we have plenty of Rangers casting Auspice? Thanks!
The description is wrong. I think! It should read:
4: Increase Chance to Critical Nuke by 4%
5: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 130%
Circle of Power increases the CHANCE to crit with a spell or melee attack. NOT the amount of critical damage output.
Note if you go by the info above the #4 value DECLINES 1% with each INCREASING level of Circle of Power and that makes no sense at all, right?
