i got mine in felwithe at the wizards guild
There is no difference between this and the first hate plane portal. Plane of Hate was re-vamped so it looks different now and has a much safer zone in. Also the levels on mobs were increased. Boss mobs were made drastically more difficult as well.
What's the difference between this, and the 1st one?
WHERE DO YOU GET THIS SPELL?
You can buy this spell in Neriak Third Gate by Misar D'Dbth. He is located on bottom floor of the liabrary and shows up on the Find key. Cost is 12 plat for each the Plane of Hate spell and Plane of Sky.

I dont think there is actually a new spell. I used the orig spell to port up to new hate. It is definately a "Different" Hate. Great new look =)
