Bought it in PoK Mage vendors.
Lovin it. Don't have to worry about memming Burnout or Arch Shielding any more.

At level 55 this spell gives the caster a boost of 235 HP's and 39 AC.

They need to make these spell researchable. Nobody is interested in doing these lame quests. It is a timesink and it is frustrating.
I enjoy doing such things. It is what makes the game interesting to me and more interesting than other games.

Ok, just got done with the camp for this bloody spell. The only reason I thought that this spell would be worthwhile is that it also buffed the caster. Well, imagine my surprize to find that it does NOT stack with our Shield spell line. Shield of the Magi overwrites this spell! Now that I think of it, it makes sense and I should have seen this coming. But I gotta say, this pisses me off after I went through the effort to camp this.
As for the camp.. I spent 3 days (maybe 25 hours total) camping in Torgirin for this. I finally got 2 of the lava off of the mob behind the one way door and one from a mob in the skull room. So, looks like any of the luggalds prolly have a chance of dropping it, but might be a slightly higher chance from the one in the hidden room. Your mileage may vary.
Knowing what I know now, I would just wait for Burnout 4.

I got the 3 Lava's right where they said it was by the ramp outside Overlord's room...the ramp is safe except for walker...had to camp mage there, and kill the Luggalds with my 65 Shaman...took 2 weeks w/4 hours a night to collect them (that indeed sucked), but the spell is well worth it...just my 2cp
i look at this and burnout 4 given in a few lvl's
ok same str more ac... and ya ok burnout has 5% more haste...
ok ya this costs doulbe that but has a length of 6 times as long...
i dont see a reason for going back to burnout when we get 4 what am i missing

The Sony stats (click here)on the pet boost for Elemental Empathy is +20 AC not the +18 posted here.

Ok,I camped the hidden door single spawn for 4 hours only dang thing i got was an aa ding.Killed about 10 or more and got no strength of lava.It is either bugged or drop rate is horrable, worst of all ya gotta get 3 of them.The spell is not that great but would be nice to get it and see if it stacks MR with shield of maelin MR.Can anyone really say for sure where these drop? if I got any I would surely post accurate INFO!!! thx

this may sound dumb but can someone please give me LOC on this hidden door i cant seem to find it
It is not so much of a "door" as a one-way wall and is located at aprox 1750, -655.
Be careful trying to use yourself as bait to agro this mob and pull it through the one-way wall. I have done it a number of times successfully but one time I died in less than 3 seconds. I was a 53 level mage in a full grp with a cleric. I had no idea I would die that fast. I could not move and saw myself returning to my bind point with 67% health! That means the luggald behind the wall drained 67% of my health in one hit.
I have camped this spot several times. The first time I got 2 strength of lavas within an hour and a half. The other times I got none from about 4 1/2 hours of pops from behind the wall. I would put my pet on guard in front of the wall. When he turned to face the wall I knew the luggald had popped behind it.
A slower is helpful here too.
I finally got my thrid one from another player's bank as he offered to multiquest it for me. He turned in the first one and I turned in the last two.
Some people camp this zone for other drops and pick up a strength of lava in the process. It's worth it to talk to the people in the zone with you. :)

It took 4 days and about 3 hours each day, but I got all 3 of my strength of lava. It is a rare drop, but this spell is well worth it in my opinion.
does this stack with BO line of spells? or is this the upgrade>?

Doesn't stack with Burnout, but rather replaces it for a few levels. This has the same stats for your pet as Burnout3, but also buffs the caster.
Really a neat idea, kinda wish they had expanded on it to include one for each of the burnouts.

sorry fellow mage they fix it now the spell is scribe as kindle (like its suppose to be )

hint to get the elemental empathy go to east commonland and go see the guys where you have buy your summon companion and buy the kindle spell (mage lvl 54 no drop) when you gonna scribe this its gonna change to elemental empathy (cost 315 pp whit 110 char) enjoy fellow mage ,,!!!
they have already despawned the NPC with the messed up spell.
Until they fix this error.

This is probably one of the new spells coming out with the legends of yakesha expansion.
Check the 44 spell Primal Remedy - You apparently need to do that quest and get that spell before you can get this quest.

I got her to give me the quest for this spell without doing the first one just by saying the right trigger phrase to her that she normally only gives you after completing the 44 spell quest "[more assistance]".
They could change this in a patch at any time though and may have already. Try it for yourself though if you want to skip the 44 spell, its been a couple months since I did this and that's a lot of patches.

Am I just being dumb: I can't find any information on how to get hold of this spell. Is it a quest, vendor, mob drop? If anyone knows, please put me out of my misery! Thanks 8 )
Sadly my friend, it is quested comes the word on the street, same with all LoY spells.
