A stun spell that decreases hate? Are they really really sure about this? Every other stun spell increases hate. Someone made a typo and it should have been increase? Stun that decreases hate doesn't really make sense...
Having used a weapon procing this and being a warrior I'd have to say that this proc can be managed and be extremely effective in agro or deagro situations. If your MA and you need that agro just put this in the offhand, if your taunt has been kept up skill wise the proc makes no difference, if you are raiding or in a group and not MA and you do have a tendancy to pull agro sure put it main hand having it proc a bit more will help IF you can keep your damn finger off the taunt button that is.
I've never lost agro due to this proc so my opinion is whether this is a better weapon for any particular class is purely dependant on the guy playing the character.
*Edit* Same goes for Ethereal Strike proc that to can be managed.

I use this weapon while grouped with a necro who is agro kiting. The mobs never turn on me while using this sword. We do the OC camp in PoV alot and with just the 2 of us we have no problem taking out razorfiends and lumbering beasts with no damage to us. I also love getting 2 procs with 1 weapon. I have the Paly proc spell Divine Might and this one. I get alot of both procs while using this sword and never get agro.

most warriors like proccing weapons for the fact that the proc increases agro. this obviously will counter the agro they need. so it can be argued that any weapon with this proc would be better off in the hands of a non-warrior.

Posted: Nov 10 2002 at 11:40 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) That depends on whether or not this info is correct or reversed. If it is correct, than this is an excellent weapon for a warrior. The scale is actually reversed, much like factions. The warrior epic, for example, lowers a warrior by 500 points on the mob's hate list. This actually makes the mob hate the warrior more.
