Lifetaps are considered detrimental spells, but this seems to work on taps... so, do taps actually fall under the beneficial category, or are they affect by both beneficial and detrimental based increases? And, if so, could you stack these two seperate effects?

Just asking to see who knows what. I will be experimenting.

I find the Signet of the Valorious to be immensely beneficial as a ranger. During melee, the need to self re-buff either my DS, Archery Buff, or Proc effect comes often, and the reduced time to do this and get back into the melee is geat.

I dont know what your talking about UggUgg. The Signet is very usable by a class that uses alot of buffs, infact they need it more than you since they dont have group versions of thier spells, Beastlords.
The Shild of Divinity: Palies, Clerics, Druids, and Shamies; was that what you where wanting?
Protective Dust Drape: Enc, mage, necro, Shamie, Druid, Cleric; can all use that (yes pet buffs are benifical too)
Pauldrons: Pallies, Rangers, Beastlords; can use that and will all see a nice benifit to it.

Just so you know thier are other classes besides the class you play. I play a 65 enc on Dro but you dont hear me yelling about how i only get 2 itmes while Shamies / Clerics get 3. All of these Items can be used, and used well by many classes in for each item.
How about a bone here!

BAH! So the only item usable by classes who would actually see a nice benefit to the effect (Shamans, clerics..) is a PIA crafted, the pauldrons and signet are not usable. Don't get me wrong, I like questing and hat's off to those who've spent time with tradeskills, but gods!, the time it takes to get all these items and find someone of appropriate skill to combine for you, or get you're skill up since some of these items are listed as no-drop (someone posted that was changed for the silicorrosive grease, I can only hope it is so!)
.../sigh
