If for some reason you were pulling, wouldn't be bad to use ;) of course on undead.
This has too long of a casting time, but can be thrown into battles for kicks and giggles.
If this was a 1 second cast with a longer recast time, then I might be able to see myself actually utilizing this spell but otherwise its just pointless.

With all bonuses figured, casting time gets down to around 1.6 seconds(or lower with better a better focus). For many 2 handers, even after haste, your attacks will delay around 2 seconds so you can pretty easily cast this between swings.
If I'm fighting undead that are dying too quickly to dot and have extra mana then I use this spell. Obviously this spell is situational, but it does have some use.
