Its a stacking thing. Most ae mez are type 1, single are type 2, they stack with each other as far as I know, so you can do long single target onse fater you land a short AE one.
As has been stated, these PoP quest spells can be traded and sold. My luck happens to be that someone else sold one of these to a vendor somewhere, maybe it was in Katta. My druid was just shopping around, and Voila! 6 pp on a vendor with his (the druid's) measly 50 CHA.

This will work on mobs level 1-65.
It is a type 2 mez which is why it is 2/65.
Any type 2 mez will overwrite any existing type 2 mez already on the creature, they stack(i.e. dont interfere with) type 1 mezes.

The level range is the 2/65 in the decription....ie mobs from L 2 thru L 65. I just wish I knew why it doesn't work on L 1 mobs :P

I know its an old post but hey... this is what i do :p. the 2 means its a type 2 mezz.... in other words it takes up a type 2 slot for mezz's like with buffs... only its detrimental. Get it? good cuz i am confused now :p
