Doesn't stack with rune of the scale, which costs 1800 mana, takes 2 peridots and is a group spell. Same level.
As discussed below, this stacks with Arcane Rune. My question is what takes damage first? i.e. if I have both up and something does 1500 damage to me, do I need to recast RoZ (costing a pdot), or AR (costing nothing more than mana and time)?

When I have cast both Arcane Rune and Rune of Zebuxoruk on my chanter the damage always seems to be taked from RoZ first, do I care? NO, lol the cost of the dot makes it worth casting to stay alive. I have also managed to save the lives of my tanks uppon occasion with RoZ when the cleric went down and there was no other healer in the group.

Maybe I am the stupidest one of all.. But my first question is why do you seem to relish tearing Theeo's answer apart so much.
More importantly though YOU DIDNT EVEN READ his post Zxeses. He said this spell IS TARGETABLE.

Actually ladies it is quite useful I use this because it does stack with uproar (450 Dmg abs) and Rune of Zebuxoruk (850 Dmg abs) and Eldritch Rune 3 (1500 Dmg abs) and all these stack with HoV making it your ticket out of trouble. 2800 dmg absorb. worth it to me. and Arcane Rune dosent stack with ER.

This spell does stack with Arcane rune.
Note how Arcane rune is
1: Increase Absorb Damage by 850.
vs
3: Increase Absorb Damage by 1500.
that 1: vs 3: means they stack. (I also confirmed they stacked on lucy just in case.)
this is the upgrade to rune 5, which also stacks with eldritch rune or arcane rune.
The fact that it's targetable is just icing on the cake.
