Channeler Keatrem does not sell Tears of Ro

I bought it in the library from Channeler Keatrem at neg 55 pos 945 for 277pp. There was another one on him after I bought it, so it appears to be a stock spell rather than one that someone sold to him.

y would u want a new AE spell.. poflame was fine spell.. i dont kno too many wizzys who still quad post 60. especially since the added the protectors back in PoG. this is great as we r actually getting some good lures now. its almost a mana-efficient spell that u can use on regular grouping mobs who resist a little much. personally if they were gonna give us a new type of spell i would like a new pbae spell WoG is not so great and alot of people still pbae ins eb for money
