This spell is just bought from Heretic Drahur (the same guy that you give parchments to in the PoP spell quest) for about 250pp. *NOTE* You do not have to do a turn in for it, just pay for it and its yours.

I have spent a total of 20+ parchments in attepts to get this spell and still havnt seen it, and cant find it in the ba either. Is this spell still available as a reward from the turn-ins? Has anyone gotten it lately?

This spell seems to hit most of the time along with Funeral Pyre or Kelandor. I love it. The only problem is that it is a long duration dmg spell like all the other disease spells to don't cast this in a short fight. Use Neurotoxin or some really short dot like Envenomed Bolt (but this one gets resisted more). This spell is for agro kiting, or root rotting where you arent too worried about the mob when the root breaks. Allot of dmg though. Very nice spell with minimal resists on non named mobs.

This spell can be purchased at Heretic Dhahur (the one you turn parchments into) at 126 charisma I paid 251pp. It is not no drop.

This Spell can be purchased without the Parchment hand in in the Library on the Lowest level from Heritic Erudite for 200pp its No Drop though but saves u from havin to hand in Parchment

The vendor's name that this can be bought from is Heretic Drahur. Spell cost depends on Charisma of course, between 200 and 300pp
