Its an ability learned with aa points you can get it at level 61
Well from what I've read it's either a spell or a ability,if its a ability then where is it listed where you put your aa points?And if it is a spell then give the location buy it at not just the area that its in(a shop or npc name would be helpful).Thanks

you need to use AA points to use this spell or can you go out in buy it in POK like mentiond?

If it's an AA ability, why is it listed as a level 1 spell when you don't get AA points until 50+??

If you have PoP, then you should be able to get it at the Plane of Knowledge. You can get just about everything there.
