This will not hit the Raid/Group. Only the mob who casts it and every mob nearby.
Noc Juggernaut, druid epic mob in Natimbi, has this spell also.

Does anyone know what zones, monster drop this song? I have a 59 almost 60 bard and I have been hunting to find it for some time now.

It was a database error, they're everywhere on spell pages.
