This spell used to be a dropped spell.
But they changed the dropped spell to the Mass version when they made the Rods No Drop.
Then they created a New single target version and put it up for sale on merchant in Bazaar

This spell can now be found in Bazaar. Sold by vendor Jolum for just above 28pp.
Twice now I've had my trader in the bazaar over night only to come back in the morning with this thing - the ROMT - in my hand.
No idea where it came from and as soon as I log it's gone. Guess someone is having fun with me, but it is rather odd.

When the bazaar is full, some players will cast MGB spells in the middle of the traders in an attempt to cause link death to people with slower computers.

That's because someone has cast the AOE version of this spell, giving everyone in range a rod. And the rod is NO RENT, so if oyu log for more than 30 mins, it goes poof.

Yeah, people this spell is bought. It's kinda funny cause everyone thinks it's a dropped spell (I did too at one point in time) Actually took advantage of everyones ignorance and made some quick and easy cash... Hey poor people do sucky things

HP to mana conversion. If you have less than 450hp total, or 450 hp left, it won't work. (it used to be a great newbie killer). There is also a refresh time, so you can't canabalize (via cleric)your HP for a fast, full mana regen.
