What determines the quantity of Bandaids you get per cast of this spell? When my mage was lvl 4, this summons like 4 or 5 bandaids, at 15 I get 7 per cast. Is it related to character level, conjuration skill, or something else?

It's 1/2 your level. At level 46, I still use these when soloing. Step into melee to build some def and what have you. These are free and cheap to cast. I summon 4 stacks (1 food and 1 water for a full hole) whenever I get on.
