This overwrites the Preservation of Tunare/Marr buffs and is blocked by Holy Steed. An aa I had been really looking forward to just became meh...

It also stacks with the level 95 preservation line.
As for the holy steed, it says on the description that it fades when you are sitting which includes being on mounts. So it doesn't stack with any form of mounts. (which is quite inconvenient to me as I love fighting on mounts).

Correct, but that is also why they removed the ATK on the level 100 Preservation. It does stack with that spell.
