As a beastlord with HA and HG, I crit heal myself for 184 quite often when it procs.

This also has the chance to heal you for 75hps

About half the time this thing procs, I get healed for 75hps too :)

Anyone else concur?

The reason it seems to only heal you half the time is because the other half, you're already full health.
