It adds +90% to you instrument mod. Your default mod is 1.0 (just yourself). Add in epic +100%, making you 2.0, add this for 2.9. start adding singing mastery aa's and you hit 3.7. More resists off our high end song, more damage off our dd songs.

it add 90% to your singing mod, not instrument; and epic is +80% not 100%.

With max AAs and my VoS, I am nukeing for close to 2k with Bombastic Bellow. Singing PoV I can get most of my resists up to 500. So yeah, its a REALLY nice effect to have as it boosts your singing mod :)
