The description doesn't state Stamina regen, but the spell description in-game does. I cast it anyways, but does anyone know if it actually gives increased End Regen?

It does not, unfortunately. The "stamina" advertised in this spell is referencing the old stamina system from 1999-2004? before Gates of Discord launched and the endurance stat was added and the entire system was revamped into what you see today. There was at least one similar spell, song actually, off the top of my head that performed the same function: Jaxan's Jig o' Vigor that was essentially removed as the song no longer had any actual use.
Acumen, both the single and group target buffs, now are just a way to provide long lasting see invis and ultravision.
