Anyone know what mob casts this? I would LOVE to take a bunch of friends down to get hit by this ae!

Update: after much searching I found the npc: Khemot Agarthizar

I was boxing the encounter, but it was still a lot of fun! the fight didn't last long but I was turned into a dune beetle and a mushroom.
