This is a waste of AAs, you will not be able to charm an animal in any zone you would use to hunt for experience, AA or regular. As the voice of nature, EQ has chose you to heal, and enjoy it! It is a nice idea, it would allow the druid to solo without having to root rot; but there is not second, third or fourth grade to this... so when you are level 70 a muskrat pet is going to help you how? Take healing AAs, as a healer they will come in handy, and in the time you svae with better heals you can dream of actully soloing again.

I disagree.
At 65 dire charm works like a charm on lev 45 turtle in Natimbi - it makes ONE HELLOVA PET, and with my DS and healing it was able to tank some lev 58+ mobs which were very dark blue and even hold agro very decently.
Of course that was the only thing I found that was worth charming to such effect =)

Better known as Dire Charm. Druid's can get this at level 59 with 9 AA's in Class. You must have the prerequisite 6 in general and 12 in archetype, however.
