ok running around with new Druid a Mod Rod pops on.. Lvl 51 Druid.. think o .. thats the old one i can use that.....................WHY WOULD YOU MAKE IT 51 USEABLE!!!!!

This has a really hilarious effect if you use it while you happen to have fewer than 23000 hitpoints. Trust me. Laughs all around.
