Longest DS Timer for Mage

This spell has the longest timer for all of our group damage shield spells.

If you have your beneficial spell duration AA maxed out... this spell stays on for just "under" 1 hour long. All previous group DS shields were under 30 mins.

You definitely have to earn the right to use this though lev 89.. they sure make you wait long enough to use a decent DS duration spell.
