Im curious... why the f* lingering death doesnt affect thsese new short dots? It says "add one tick to ALL THE DAMAGE OVER TIME SPELLS" ... ????
Maybe it's because it's not considered a dot since it ticks 3 times only.... but then why all other dot mods AAs affect them, like destructive cascade, vengeful spirits etc ????
