Well, I think if you are willing to spend the money, this is a good spell for a low lv ranger. I know I like the aditional 10 in archary skill.
(even when you're a higher lv, it still helps quite a bit) Smiley: twocents

I got mine from merchant in Shadowhaven. If you don't have the expansion you can ask someone to go up and get it for you, otherwise I think you're out of luck until Sony decides to let some of the old world vendors sell it.
