Could someone explain how the whole Cease and Desist system works?
I'm only level 12 and thus far the only thing I use cease for is pulling... seems mostly worthless otherwise.

Cease is the one level 9 spell that you will use your entire paladin career. Excellent aggro generator. I always have it loaded when I am tanking, and I am at lvl 67. Its the first thing I hit an incoming mob with to take aggro from the puller and put it on me.

Is this really only found through the portal of Knowledge? And does that come with Planes of Power?

I think I heard that they gave access to POK to everybody now even if they don't have POP. I also just found this spell on one of the spell vendors in the new version of the gloomling deep tutorial level (for lvl 10 and under)

I found this in Luclin. By the Paludal Caverns. Look for the Cleric/Paladin house. The guy is in one of the back rooms.
