I am looking for this spell for my wizard. After having read over the postings, I am still unable to locate this spell. The NPC in PoK, Goesl Sealsonich, has apparently been removed from the game. Even with my lvl 51 ranger, I could not get a fix on this person in any portion of the Library.
Anyone have any other ideas on where it is located?

this spell is also sold on the mag/wiz vendor in the tutorial
Unfortunately, this does not stack with a druid DS (even though this one doesn't say Block: If "Damage shield < 100).
It says to be sold in shadow Haven but I've been through where the spells area is and with no luck what so ever so could someonw please tell me what the NPC who sell's it name is and loc please please please

Where can a Dark Elf find this spell? Is it only in Shadow Haven? I have looked in all of Neriak on merchants that sell Wizard spells, and I have looked in PoK and none of the (Wizard) merchants there carry it either. =(

Apparently only sold in Shadow Have, but the merchant WILL deal with Delf's
