Why don't Rangers get this? Maybe then we won't have to waste hours on our asses casting Dance of the Fireflies just so we can cast our 200dmg DoT at level 25. Why not give us this rather than Burst of Flame, as we already have Flame Lick to help with Evocation at low levels.
