Spirit of Bih'Li

Ok, the description of this spell seems to have changed: it now says it effects attack speed rather than rating, and when cast on myself or others attack score does not increase. Any data?

One think about this spell, though. It won't stick on a Shaman's summoned pet, at least up to Frenzied spirit.

No group buff will land on a pet unless the owner of the pet has the AA "Pet Affnity", and even then you need to target the owner, not the pet itself.
With both of those factors, though, I can assure you that Spirit of Bih`li *will* stick on all of the shaman pets--- yes, including Frenzied and everything that came before it.

Why would you want to EVER cast SoW after you get this spell ??? It seems to be better. Can you cast this on a level 1 toon ???

Yes, if this information is accurate, besides it mana cost and cast/recast time, you can forget using SoW ever again.

where in shar val can u find this? went to shadowhaven and the NPC wasnt there
does it not increase ATK by 20... im sure it does... will check up on that in game.

I just tested this last night, and you are right, its an ATK buff of 20, not 15. woot. Very nice spell for us melee hungry shamans.

No, it's 15, but then melees add a bonus. For instance, Vengence II is 10 Atk, but I get 13 cause I'm a Ranger.
