Less than obvious use.

One aspect of the level 1 spell haste effects that people tend to overlook is that they work doent to 1 sec cast. For a SK this means you can use clinging darkness at 1.2 sec cast, making it even more effective for agro purposes.

Spell Haste?

Found answer. I have Spell Haste II and Affliction Haste I. They do not stack but for
Affliction spells it uses AH I which is higher
haste %. For everything else it uses SH II.

Granite Bracer from Petrifin (named Basilisk in Rathe Mountains) has this effect also.
