I just picked up a Gossamers Robe, and from what this thing is telling me, it should periodically cast a spell on me to lower mana cost? The only thing I've noticed so far is that when I've summoned my skellie pet (I'm a necro) that once in awhile it says "your robe starts to shimmer", or something like that. But nothing seems to happen. The pet summon spell still takes quite a bit of mana. Any ideas?
