Increases the damage of spells by up to $1%. This bonus will decay on spells over level 44.
Some of the 'talkbacks' here seem to say say it steals mana from target and give it to you...
Which is correct?
1) Last time I checked, Hybrid spellcasters are limited by the level the spell would be if the primary casting class were using it. So a Shadowknight casting "Expel Undead" (lvl55) would get the enhancement as if it were the 39th level necromancer spell of the same name, thus earning the damage bonus from Improved Damage 2 just like the Necro would. This makes enhancements particularly useful for these classes until higher levels when they get more specialized spells.
2) The improved damage enhancement works for Harm Touch!*eg* Don't know if different levels of the enhancement would stack but it wouldn't hurt to try.

P.S. What's it worth?
