First off I would like to point out that many people dont know how cleric heal spells work. This spell and the 44th spell Celestial Heal spells have changed the lives of many clerics who use them. As Arjaizen pointed out you cast this spell at the opening of the battle. Then 24 seconds later you cast it again on the same tank should the battle last that long.
1. You avoid agro this way.
2. Your tanks health is always high. I have never understood why people think im not doing my job if I dont do a BAM Heal that shows a big health jump and agros every mob in combat.

3. THIS SPELL IS JUST A UBER REGENERATION SPELL !
You take your TANK's normal h.p. Regen rate x 65 = amount healed per tick. That is the way I read it. Now all you number crunchers out there can do the math on how much is healed after 4 ticks then break it down per tick yaadaa yaaaadaaa yaaah....

LAST POINT : YOU CANNOT SAY CELESTIAL REMEDY heals X amout because it depends upon the regen rate of the person being healed. SO DONT SAY THIS SPELL SUCKS! SAY HEY MAN YOUR REGEN RATE SUCKS!

CLERICS RULE ! Next time some a-hole tells you how to do your job. Leave the group ! Chances are you will regroup 2min later without that ******* because you are the new group leader.

i found everyone but this one i dident even have enough plat to get all my spells this is insane verant wants us to pay 10 plat per spell when were only levle 19 juses and im a twink with high cha if i dident have a 52 magician i wouldent have jack guess ill farmthe rangers tomorow

It is worth something. When a mob is beating the hell out of your tank, and at 90hp per heal, if your having trouble keeping him/her alive, you can caste Celestial Remedy on them, and also use healing. Since Healing has a caste time of 3sec. You can in theory be healing for almost 140-150 ever healing caste instead of just 90. Plus its just another spell to throw into the mix.

I've read gripes about this spell, folks saying it's worthless. There may be something that's not being considered. You can cast this on a tank before they've actually taken any damage.

This spell allows you to cast a healing spell at the beginning of a battle and immediately start to med back mana. If you happen to have breeze or even better, clarity cast upon you, you can regen a fair amout of mana by the time the four ticks are over. At that time, your tanks are probably still undamaged, and hopefully, your offensive team members have burned down the mob quite effectively. If not, you med a bit longer then hit your tanks with a heal.

Consider that if your tanks already have some damage on them, you can cast this before they attack new mobs, and generate NO AGGRO, though the effects of your healing will carry on several ticks into the fight.

It may have a heavy mana cost, but it may still have its uses...

The manna cost makes casting this spell before battle counterproductive at lower levels, and the total health regained makes that use useless at higher lvls, IMO.

However, this spell does not seem to give huge amounts of aggro to the poor healer when cast, due to the fast that it only restores that health in spurts. As I see it, this spell is great for aggro management during fights, or when you need to keep your melee's HP stable while you get off that long cast-time spell to bring them to full.
