the consigned from quest actually lasts 2 hours, but this one lasts 1 nuke and buff goes away, is this supposed to happen or is it bugged?

"Bite of the Shissar" is a 2 hour poison... the one you're thinking of that lasts for 1 hit is called "Strike of Ssraeshza".
