I'm having a little trouble understanding the use of this spell. It stuns PCs or NPCs around a target. That means it's pointless to cast in a group and when fighting.
One use maybe is to cast it on more than one caster mob who is rooted and a good distance from you.
But why would you want to attack more than one caster mob at once anyways unless you're in a grp?
Don't get it.
