What lvl does target have to be for this?
Was pretty certain it was 42 as well--odd how 42 seems to be answer<grin>--however, stuck to a level 41 last night.

There's a quest that give a faction amulet (Amulet of the Haven?) reward so that most SH vendors will buy/sell from you...

He is in the room beneath the pool. Yiu have to go into the big building in shadowhaven close to the pool (entrance other side btw) and walk in, step on the pad in the end. Then you are transported down. He is in 1 of the 4 rooms.
To get back up, click on the tree in the middle of the room you came in when you were transported down.

Hmmmm checked him and didn't find the spell, maybe I just missed it was tired at the time, going to recheck him to see if he has it.

I verified Chompr's statement - sold at Shadow Haven Shaman trainer area by Jales Gaelshorad. Cost for me was 2pp and change.

I bought this in Shadowhaven near Shaman trainer. Got it for 3pp 5gp 1sp 6cp, I am a Vah Shir with 88 cha. I love beastlord spells, CHEAP! ;)
