On this page it says "Has a chance to restore 250 mana when you cast a detrimental spell."
but strike of alleviation which this page says it does says "Mends your wounds, healing between 250 and @1 hit points."

So which is it, mana or hps? I tried it out and Im not getting anything in the parse. I did a log search for "You feel refreshed" and it didnt show up at all.
probably aggro reducer

Safe guess as to what this does: reduce aggro on any detrimental spell cast by the caster. Just like similair augs you can buy for silver tokens in brells rest off gilbot. Probably this aug is a good deal stronger than the silver token one, and is very nice for wizzies, or especially enchanters that want to reduce aggro ( shammies too ).
probably aggro reducer
