This is a great spell, I still use it constantly through level 56.

It casts so fast (1.5 sec) that you can get it off between hits of a mob.
It refreshes faster then any other stun.
It does NO damage so you can use it without worry of messing up your 'chanters mezz. And you can get a mob to pause from chasing your 'chanter around.
It works great to slow up the damage your group mates are taking.
Helps with root parking as well, Stun + Root = One stopped mob.
It stops mobs from casting.

All in all a great spell. Remember though if you stun too much you can out agro anyone, including the best tank.

Used creatively this can make your life a lot more fun.

USE THIS SPELL!

This is absolutely one of the most important spells you will ever get. Depending on the area you are hunting and the group, stuns are a huge help. This one is the best. If I have only one stun up, this is the one I use even at lvl 58. It wont break a chanters mez like all the other stuns (except stun command) and most importantly will stop a caster from nuking your tank/group. Fast refresh and fast cast. I generally keep this one and maybe one of the others up 80% of the time. Your tanks will appreciate an interrupted nuke by a froggie in Sebilis just as much as a nice buff. If any young cleric ever asks me advice, the first thing I say is use your stuns!
