I was attacked two nights ago in Corathus Creep by Pain and Suffering. It looked like a dead mobs corpse I had killed but I couldn't target it to attack back. After wasting a few minutes trying to target it I finally zoned it. I came back in and was attacked again by it. Finally I just camped for the night. Wierd stuff.
