Ok it could be just me but i kinda rather have it back to the 12 damage 10 mana cost or whatever it was... this was my prized skill up spell for sitting in PoK after grinding thru to lvl 22 in PC... plz oh plz put it back to its former glory... or make it better than spirit strike... seeing as how its 14 levels in difference but only like 6 points in damage difference.... idiots! Plus this spell used to be an awsome pulling spell... *********
it's just you. prior to the spells revamp, and the spell level redistribution, BoF was obtained at level 15, had a 2.45 cast time, for 20 damage, and IIRC, the recast was pretty slow. not incredibly mana effiencent in the least at 20 mana.
compared to a fast cast, moderate recast, and SIGNIFCANT improvement in damage, doubling the mana to 40 is a fair trade off.

They are indifferent of other races, that doesn't mean other races will be indifferent to them.

Speeking from experaince, no vah shir are KOS in neriak..why i have no idea...Ive got 2 kitty alts. that was a few patches ago that i got whacked there but still im sure its the same... still 04

Ok there is an issue with zoning up on the 2nd floor above the bst trainer... seems like the ladder was put on backwards? anyone know how to get up it besides levi or do the programmers like to put noob spells in abstract lame places?

This spell does exist on Luclin merchant, inside the beastlord guild. I just now died hitting 1, which is my loc key on my other character, and my attack key on this one. Dumb. Anyway, moving on, the merchant's name is Scribe Kaleej, and sadly, he charges a new record high for the spell, 29pp. WTF. I'm boycotting and not buying it. My cleric is poor, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna be poor on my Beastie, too!
I think it's a bug that it's 29pp, to be honest, and would love to hear Absor's thoughts.

Okay I'll probably get flamed for saying this but I'll say it anyway. So friggin what. It's only available in a place where evil people live. If I remember correctly aren't enchanter spells placed in spots that they are kos in as well. Yeah they can cast spells to change form shape and make people like them, so get a friend, or make a friend, and go get the dumb spell. I believe the game is still called Everquest for a reason. And I don't think Verant was out of line in making things a bit dificult on us. I'm not saying this out of lack of experience either. I have a 21 beastlord and I made the run down from luclin myself. Heck while you're at it buy some extra and share the wealth where ever you go.

I have also heard from several people that it is only found in Grobb and sells for 22.5 pp. If so, I am greatly dissapointed as I see no benefit in Verant making beastlord goodies have to try and conjure some way to purchase this spell from an evil vendor. It should have at least been placed in Halas as well.

The spell is only available in Grobb from vendor Terkuzz and it sells for 33pp. I had a fellow guildmate purchase it for me since I am a lightie and KoS there. Verant must be nuts for setting a price for a lvl 15 spell that high considering the rest only cost on avg 5pp to 6pp.

I found this spell in Oggok but I can not tell you where as I had to have a fellow BST who was not KOS got get it. I hope this helps everyone looking for this spell.

Blast of frost they sell in grobb, vender Terkuss sells it, costs 23pp, this is what i heard . only problem is i`m a good race and can`t go and buy it , being KOS there !
