Should've been a Angry Santa illusion, or evil santa elf. Would've been more in line with timing of event. This effect is rather lame.

I'm sorry, but I just had to register to say that as cool as it would be for all of us to get yet another illusion toy, this game would not last out the year if everyone was running around as santa.
Considering that this effect is on an item called "Emerald of the New Year" and this effect is a firework "Cast on you: You light an angry bee firework. Weeee!" it might in fact be safe to say that while some may think the effect is lame, it is in fact in timing with the event. And even better it is true to the event which has to do with a New Years party..
