This item seems a little off balance. Triv at 250, with only 20 ac, and you only ge 10 charges? Thats a lot of work for something that seems just a bit limited.

Heh no... you can recharge it, which makes it VERY valuable. All you need is to combine the proper mana battery with the invis cloak item and DING you get a fully charged bp.
