I just got Counter Bias Rk. II bought in baz. My shammy has max AA's in heals and spell duration
How Healing Counter Bias Rk. II works.
The spell has to be cast on the mob mana cost 1198
Its a 75% slow that lasts about 1.42 s Resist:Magic (-60)
100 % proc is a HoT that lasted 42 secs max aa and gear duration foci
Slow overwrote Turgur's Swarm AA and vice versa
Healed 1650 ish points for 7 ticks
** Seems affected by Healing Boon AA. Lots of heals doubled **
** Over writes and blocks Listlessness/sloth proc HoT heal **
** Only 1 heal proc'd per spell as soon as it lands on mob. **
** Heals whatever mob is attacking when the slow lands **
** Takes up a slot in the Spell window not the song window **
Stacks with regular shammy HoT

1650-ish might be the base for the heal but I've seen it heal for well over 3k. My shaman has 9/12 heal adept and 14/21 healing gift (I know this has no effect on an hot spell) aa but none of his hot aa yet. His gear may have something to do with how much heals for since he has a 60% heal focus and decent heal amount mod2.
I don't have max gear duration focus (mine are 35% to 80 for beneficial and the same for detrimental) and I get longer durations than that. I've seen as high as 47 seconds on the HoT and 1:53 on the slow.
